Firstly, I received a video call from a Technical Recruiter. He introduced me to the company, and we talked about my CV, skills, and future. I also answered quick questions about the basics of Virtualization, Networking, Storage, and Linux. This round lasted about 1 hour.

Second round was a phone screening with one of the Systems Reliability Engineers. This included an introduction to the company from an SRE perspective and a more detailed discussion about my skills. Questions focused on the four pillars of the company: Networking, Virtualization, Linux, and Storage. This round lasted about 1.5 hours.

Third round was a talk with the SRE Manager and a team of 6 SREs, totaling 7 people across 3 rounds and 3 hours. This round went deep with real questions about technologies, though it was understood that not everyone would know everything. If I didn't know something, the team members would try to help, treating me as if I were already part of the team and prompting me to solve questions with logic. This was a truly awesome experience. It was difficult, but the people were very kind and helpful, and I felt like I was already on the team. They are top-tier engineers with extensive knowledge. Throughout the interview, I learned a lot about the company, the team, and, most importantly, about the people at the company and myself.

Fourth round was in the Serbia, Belgrade office. We discussed the company and its procedures, and more about me and my future. This was more of an onboarding interview to get to know the company and the local team. This interview was conducted with 2 people and lasted about 1 hour.

After all rounds, I received a call from the local HR to hear the job offer.

One of the medium questions was to describe how the "traceroute" command works.
