You have the liberty to choose your area of interest in technology, be it Database, Development, Coding, Kubernetes, Private and Public Cloud. A competitive environment.

Cons: A competitive environment is good. However, for some reasons, when there is a target-oriented program, colleagues tend to forget they worked together and start competing. Sometimes it takes a different route and creates friction and awkwardness in the long run, which makes the core values hazy.
