Pros: Fantastic group of people to work with, interesting things to work on, amazing work-life balance, shittons of food and swag provided.
Cons: Salary is very difficult to get up to market value if you don't start there, even with outstanding performance.

Pros: The people, the culture, the product, the vision, the philosophy, the benefits, the opportunity to grow professionally, and the excitement of working at a startup that's doing everything right.
Cons: The only negatives are minor inconveniences caused by rapid growth, and all are transient.
Nutanix has a long-term vision and is quick to adapt to the challenges inherent in explosive growth.
