Process

Three weeks altogether to receive an offer.

The HR team was professional and highly active during the process, making every round quick enough. We were able to be transparent and buy enough time for preparation. It was very flexible and comfortable to take each round.

  • First round: Basic phone call to explain our profile to HR and understand the job description.

  • Second round: Overall of 4-pillar basic technical questions (45 mins, phone call).

  • Third round: Deep dive into the 4 pillars, from basic to in-depth (based on skills from resume) (60 mins, Skype).

  • Fourth round: Manager interview (30 mins, Skype).

  • Fifth round: Technical interview testing deep knowledge in the 4 pillars (Storage, Networking) (phone).

  • Immediate feedback.

  • 4-5 days to provide an offer letter.

Very professional overall; everyone respected each other and made us feel comfortable. Despite being in different geographic locations, the process was quick and smooth.
