Process
I come with 5 years of experience, so the interviews were a piece of cake. They asked basics of Networking, Linux systems, and Virtualization.
They offered me a mid-level position with much less total compensation (TC) than I am already making. They got back with a senior position and higher TC, but still less than my current TC. I was very disappointed, as they were not willing at all to negotiate.

However, you can see that the higher-ups are generally aware of that and are attempting to keep that in check where possible.
