Process
The interview process consisted of four parts:
- Initial screen with the internal recruiter
- Initial technical screen with a member of the local support team
- In-person interview which included interviews with a manager, a senior manager, and a panel of Systems Reliability Engineers
- Final phone interview with an Escalation Engineer in another location
Once the interviews were completed, the offer was tendered approximately one week later.
Questions
Several technical questions covering storage, networking, virtualization, and Linux.
