I don't think there are any pros.
Buggy product.
Employees are not treated as employees, but rather as labor or workers.
Management support is bad here in India.
It's not an employee-friendly company.
No advice because things the support leadership has made can't be improved. Work culture is toxic because of support managers and directors.
