Good product, decent compensation, incompetent management
Product was very good compared to the competition. It's still better than the competition, but the gap is narrowing.
Compensation is decent, but recently, due to the falling stock price, it's not as competitive.
- The market (on-prem infrastructure) is shrinking.
- All founders and many senior management folks have recently left. There is a lot of attrition at all levels.
- It is difficult to attract good talent.
- There is not much innovation.
