Great People, Great Company!
I have been a software developer at Nutanix for more than 2 years. The people here are great and easy to work with. The technology is disruptive, and the technical problems are challenging.
The company culture is pretty open, where the senior management shares lots of information with the employees. Also, various activities are held to bring the people together.
The company understands the importance of innovation, and there are lots of interesting projects going on now.
Deadlines are usually too short. Code review can be very lengthy sometimes and pays a lot of attention to coding style.
Process is needed to manage growth, but it can take away the fun of developing products. Avoid unnecessary processes and meetings.
