They actively hate their support organization. The managers are that perfect combination of stupid, lazy, arrogant, and petty.
When I was a small child, I remember one night my mother came home, sat in the kitchen, and cried. When I asked her why she was crying, she said, "When you grow up, I hope you get a job where you aren't spoken to like a dog." I've managed to keep that promise to her for 20 years, until I started working for Nutanix.
