- Training available and certifications.
- Fast-paced and you can learn a lot of different technologies on the platform.
- Exposure to different types of environments.
- Little time to manage queue and training/projects.
- Still growing/changing company; at times seeing the growing pains.
- Too many products within the platform, difficult to specialize on all.
Improve specialization tier for support as demand is increasing, but there seems to be a shortage of specialized teams, or at least a shortage of availability.
