There was a lack of integrity found in attempts to renegotiate my contract through verbal agreements, outside of written terms.
The company did not provide opportunities for improvement or communicate areas for growth at all.
Additionally, there is a perceived lack of alignment with the "heart" and "honesty" principles promoted by the company.
Provide clear opportunities for employees to improve, communicate performance expectations transparently, and ensure alignment with the company's stated values of "heart" and "honesty" to foster a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
