It's very much a place where everyone you talk to has knowledge to contribute.
Fantastic benefits. Going to a new doctor is always fun, as the desk person never seems to believe when you tell them that you will owe $0 every time.
Has done a pretty good job of trying to maintain humanity during growth, which is very hard for most organizations as they get large.
The culture is becoming a bit more corporate, in that people tend to become numbers. However, you can see that the higher-ups are generally aware of that and are attempting to keep that in check where possible.
Attempt to maintain a solid culture.
