The interview process is smooth. Interviewers are mostly looking into the basics of DFT and then they will check your expertise in the work you have done. There are teams related to MBIST & Scan ATPG. The first round of interview starts with ATPG.

Pros: A lot of talented people and a lot to learn.
Good facilities.
The more you work, the more you get paid, independent of work experience.
Cons: Nothing much. But the flow is a little hectic. Simple things are made much complicated with flows and internal tools.
