However, the strangest recruiter experience in my life! I guess I didn’t pass the technical interview. When I asked about feedback whether that was the reason or something else I can improve first, she said they didn’t give detailed feedback—something the first interviewer said they did. Then she replied, something like, it was not my performance or personality. Which is peculiar because this means it is my gender or ethnicity or something outside of me, and I laughed a bit at the naive answer. It was followed by double the fact that the interview will not proceed, which at this point I felt like, “Back off, lady!
