Three 1-2 hour interviews were conducted online.
The first interview focused on the position and my experience.
The second and third interviews involved random questions.
At no point was the total number of interviews clarified, and scheduling for each interview took over a week to arrange after the previous one.

Aggressive deadlines keep you on your toes.
You are not a drop in the ocean; you have the ability to make an impact, even as a fresh graduate.
Cons: The same aggressive culture can lead to burnout and overburdening the employee.
Lack of a managed, structured learning process can be daunting for many.
Interaction with cross-continent teams would translate to working at nights.
