I applied and was contacted by a very nice recruiter, then scheduled for an interview. I did not know at the time it was going to be a live-coding interview.
The interviewer was obnoxious and condescending. He kept interrupting me and telling me what to do when I was already doing it. He wouldn't let me test lines of code when I was writing or questioning them, and huffed and puffed when I attempted. He would have been the manager. I'm glad I dodged that bullet, as working for him would have been a nightmare!
This gave me a sneak peek into the culture, and after that experience, I'm never applying again. I have also told friends and family to steer clear.
Coding question. I forgot what it was.
