Pros: NVIDIA worldwide has, in general, a very good work culture.
Information on all product lines is disseminated homogeneously, which opens up doors to a whole lot of knowledge base.
Nice brand value.
Cons: Nvidia Pune hasn't yet caught up with Nvidia worldwide culture.
It is still in the evolving phase from a service company culture to a product company culture.
Expenditure on employees, salary scales, etc., nothing matches the standards of other product companies in India.
