Pros: 1. Hotel accommodation for the whole internship duration.
2. Shuttle service to the office.
3. Awesome team members, very helpful and experienced people.
4. Work on real-time projects along with your team members.
Cons: A bit hectic. For me, it was like that, but not for everyone. It is team-dependent.
Other than this, no cons.

Pros: Lots of interesting work and projects.
It's easy to move between teams to get a variety of work.
There's a chance to work with a lot of skilled engineers.
Cons: Internal projects tend to be designed around immediate needs, not long-term goals. A large volume of works leads to under-staffing of projects.
