Managers here care about employee career growth and success. My work was challenging, high-impact, and visible, and I found that other engineers are friendly and willing to help.
Here, I learned the most working on cutting-edge technology and collaborating with many of the brightest people I've met.
Ramp-up varies on a team-by-team basis. There could be more free amenities provided at the office to workers.
