Lots of flexibility when it comes to work hours, working from home, etc.
Working in the mobile division can be stressful. Hiring policy is bad. They hire mostly NCGs, with very few lateral hires. Office space is not up to the standards of decent companies.
Improve hiring policy, especially in Bangalore. Too many NCGs and fewer senior people is not the right balance.
