Nvidia has some of the smartest people around. There is a lot of respect for Jensen, but a lot of decisions are made without being challenged. There is a sense of blindly following the management's decisions.
The pay package and benefits are competitive, but the options are looking bleaker.
The engineering team is known for good products and tighter timelines for roll-out.
Sitting on 1.6B in cash is definitely an advantage.
Stress and not much work-life balance. Be prepared for long hours. Micromanagers and big egos are always around. There is a lot of politics around. A lot of FUBAR!
Stop wasting money on buying land, as shown in the 10K.
Stop expecting a growth of 20% compounded with 40%+ margins; it is simply not possible.
