Used to be a great company with lots of perks, but the culture has changed
Flexible work hours,
still a pretty good work culture,
exciting products,
and dog-friendly.
No yearly bonuses. Just a recently instituted 401K match. Underpaid compared to the market value of Silicon Valley.
Make employees feel like they are important.
Ditch the RSU compensation and give yearly bonuses, much like many of the other Silicon Valley companies.
Most people want instant gratification but have to wait 3-4 years for stocks to vest.
