The products are amazing. Everyone wants what we have to sell. Great coworkers; it's really a small team, and a focused approach within a larger organization is good to have.

So much is changing in the tech sector; it's hard to keep up. We touch so many customers, and they all need what we have. The ability to have the most impact at work with limited time is tough. It's a good problem to have.

It would be great to have a better way to find people in different departments handling other products or markets. I like the example of going to a department store and having someone say, "I don't work in the sock department, but I know who does. Let's go talk with them." That guided handoff to the right knowledge worker is key to creating great customer satisfaction.
