-Tegra business is not systematized. -People are really workaholics in this place. No fun, just work and work. -There are no company events, and the company also does not promote such things. -There's no motley of cultural mixing. You can feel regionalism in the air.
Be logical in hiring people. Though hiring regional people is always an advantage, you can't mess up with your throughput.
