You can ask anyone anything, no matter how stupid your question is. People are helpful and straightforward. The work culture is challenging but equally rewarding if you can overcome those challenges.

You really tend to miss out a bit on life while working here. Spending 10 hours a day is easy given the work one has at Nvidia, so the only time you have to go around and have some fun is the weekend.

Cons:

• Work-Life Balance
• Senior management needs improvement
• Slow growth
• Limited exposure (graphics) makes it difficult to switch
• Monotonous office life with little or no fun activities
• Only one common playing area with one TT table, a couple of carom tables, and a couple of foosball tables for more than 8800 employees!

The senior management needs to push the younger lot towards growth, instead of just thinking about where a new employee needs improvement.
