Pay is good. That's the only thing I can say.
- Too much politics.
- Not a good company to start your career.
- In Pune, this company actually acquired a start-up firm. Now, the crowd from this start-up has formed a good family, and most of the other employees you will always find working for senior management's home needs.
- The work experience you will get here is not needed anywhere.
- Too much time is spent on donkey work.
- Even if you worked for 3 years, your salary will be the same as what you had at your joining.
Should hire some good managers.
