Pros: I get to work on a product that I think is actually really great with people whom I enjoy. The benefits are solid. Company culture is something that is being worked toward in genuine ways rather than typical startup "here's a ping-pong table" band-aids. I feel comfortable speaking up when I see issues and listened to when I do so.

Cons: Generally the biggest issues have stemmed out of growing pains. Cross-team collaborations can be really difficult to manage because everyone has different short-term goals they need to hit. That said, I do feel like there are people in the company who are genuinely working to make things better, and they have gotten better since I've been with the company.

Pros: No pros at all. They give high salaries initially and then fire everyone shortly.

Cons: Company is not able to get business from last so many years. Due to this, there is so much instability, which is clear from the stock price, in the company. Every quarter their management changes and layoffs happen so frequently. They started ramping up in India as part of old CTO's strategy, then she left and another one came in, and fired everyone in India including the MD of India. People's life and careers are a joke to them. There is no quality work except maintenance as they want to get business first instead of creating new features. DO NOT choose this company as this will be your life's biggest mistake.

Pros: Everyone here is very smart and willing to help. Great culture in the Atlanta office that makes coming to work fun.

Cons: Constantly changing initiatives and teams leave a lot of orphaned and halfway finished projects. Some of the benefits that we had two years ago were cut.
