A recruiter got in touch with me via LinkedIn and asked if I'd be interested in having a conversation about the company. I said sure, so we set up a time to talk.
The call was introductory and high-level. We talked about the company, the culture, the team, and technical challenges, etc.
Overall, the call was really positive. The recruiter asked me about my interest level in the company and whether or not I wanted to have a technical phone screen with one of their staff. I said absolutely.
The recruiter then asked for my availability and said they'd get in touch by email the next day to confirm a time.
It's been several weeks, and I haven't heard a peep. I followed up by phone and email and got no reply.
