Good compensation, friendly people, and you can move quickly if you want to.
Orgs all had very disjoint tech, and engineers were constantly leaving. The business currently loses lots of money. They were laid off due to a lack of business stability.

Opendoor Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
Had a phone interview with HR, and two technical interviews, and one behavioral question interview. All went very well, and all the staff were super helpful and professional. HR moved the process very smoothly.

There was a phone screen, which was followed by an onsite interview with 4-5 interviews. Some were technical, others behavioral. It was interesting that they included some ML-based questions in the SWE interview. Afterward, I heard back pretty quick
