Highly negative experience, quite negative.
I applied online and they performed resume screening. Then, they sent a HackerRank OA with medium-difficulty questions. As a good programmer, I cleared it.
After that, they scheduled a short 20-minute HR interview. This interview focused on discussing my past roles and what the company does.
Three to four days after that round, I received a rejection email based on my profile. If they wanted to reject me based on my profile, they should have done so before the entire process to save my time and effort.
If I had failed the technical interview, I would have happily accepted it and learned from it. However, rejecting a candidate based on their profile after they have taken coding tests and put in effort is unprofessional.
In the HackerRank OA, the first question was on the KMP algorithm, and the second was on regression.
