The first round was a phone screen with HR. I thought it went well and answered all the non-technical questions from the recruiter completely for 20-30 minutes.
However, I received a rejection email two days later.
It was not a difficult interview, but I think I didn't make it clear that I was excited for or passionate about working for Optiver.
