Software Engineer (Internship) Interview Experience

Positive ExperienceNo Offer

Process

I applied online and was offered a phone interview.

The phone interview was pretty typical. The recruiter went through all the parts of my resume and asked me general questions about a project I did. The recruiter was from HR, so they were non-technical.

Afterwards, the recruiter described the general structure and environment at the company and asked if I had any questions.

The next step would have been a HackerRank challenge, but I did not make it to that round. Since it was my first phone interview of the recruiting season, I was not very prepared.

However, they provided very fast responses, within just a few business days.
