Pros: Pretty good work culture. Nice to work at. Some good benefits like internet bill reimbursement. Really cool at deliveries. No hard time bound. A lot of resources for self-study.

Cons: Stuck with Oracle technologies and products.

Pros: Awesome work-life balance, challenging but not ridiculous amounts of work. Flexible timings. Most common perks of MNCs like security, cabs, etc.

Cons: Not much growth technologically or financially. You will be working on the same technology you started with until you leave, unless you make a conscious effort to shift internally to other teams. There are not many bonuses, just one per year, which might depend on company performance and not yours. I never got mine last year; apparently, it was because I was a fresher. They use this excuse even after 1.5 years of our joining the company.

Pros: Flexible work hours and less work pressure can promote work-life balance.

Cons: The perks provided here are limited, and the scope to improve your technical skillset is not high.
