Process
My interview process was pretty quick, but generally, interviews at Oracle can take up to several months. I had:
- One phone interview
- Four one-on-one interviews
An employee's analytical skills are tested.
Questions
The interview was both behavioral and technical. I was even given puzzles to solve, so it's better to be prepared for that as well. No questions were straightforward.
