Applications Developer II Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

I was interviewed for developing a product for Oracle Fusion Application Suite. They mainly use the ADF framework, which involves less coding and more configuring.

All the interview rounds happened in a single day, except for the Hiring Manager round.

The interview was easy and focused on Java knowledge, specifically collection and exception handling (although there isn't much coding involved in the development of Fusion Applications).

After two days, I had the Hiring Manager round and received a verbal offer.

The next day, the Hiring Manager called and reduced the offer, stating I wasn't eligible for such a CTC increase. I accepted it anyway.

However, the formal offer letter arrived after four months.

Questions
