Pros: Good vacations and site benefits like medical insurance, dental, etc.
Average pay.
Work from home is institutionalized.
Cons: Too corporate an environment, full of hierarchy and politics.
Meeting madness: several unproductive meetings from bosses within the hierarchy that stop you from doing your real job.
Unnecessarily complex software.

Not getting hikes is pretty common. In my almost 5 years, only two hike cycles were there.

Free access to educational resources (O'Reilly, HBR, MIT Technology Review, etc.).
Cons: Less flexibility in choosing the technology of projects and may need to work on archaic frameworks.
Slow growth.
