Pros: The best part of my internship was the freedom I was given to come up with a solution from my own perspective. The seniors were always helpful and ready to give useful input in case I faced some mental block on a problem. Apart from the main project, the interns go through a plethora of seminars from top executives of the company who talk about the ins and outs of the industry. You are left with a lot of satisfaction at the end of your internship. The company has a great work-life balance and never bothers you during the weekends.

Cons: Didn't get to know of any, as I was an intern for 2 months. (I don't think you'll find any.)

Pros: Good work-life balance as there is no work.

Cons: No progress. No quality work. No rewards for hard work. Pathetic management. Never understood hike process. Completed one year, received best performance award, and still no increment.

Pros: It's a good place to start your career. You have access to a lot of different projects. Work-life balance is very good in the company.

Cons: I can't think of many cons for the company. But, since it's a big company, it's highly unlikely to get a promotion, even after working for a long period of time.
