Bad Management, No Flexibility

Pros: Can't think of anything at all.
Cons: Very bad management. They only care about coming to the office and being on time. No leaves or work from home granted whatsoever. Only when it's a serious medical thing are leaves or WFH approved. Even though there is not much work to do, you just have to be in the office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM just for the sake of it.
