I felt the interviewer in the second round did not pay attention to what I was saying. He removed his earphones, did not listen to my approach, and just asked me to come up with a solution and run the code.

Pros: I've been part of Oracle for a year now and belong to the Fusion team.
1. Work from home
2. Facilities like gym/courts, etc.
3. Job security
Cons: 1. A manager can't see you happy. If you are free and smiling, they might ask you to create a test application to display employees from the EMP schema in a table to keep you busy.
2. Technology and frameworks that probably might never be used outside Oracle. So you have to make up things for the next interview.
3. Little to zero coding.
4. No hikes and poor pay. My director says salary is just peace of mind.
5. No promotions.
