Pros: Work from home. Good brand recognition.

Cons: No hikes for years!! I haven't seen any hikes or bonuses in more than 2 years of my working here. Alarmingly pathetic tech stack. Their tech stack is maybe 2 decades old and still using Linux VMs to write code, which is pathetic and slow. Total waste of time, especially for young aspiring people and freshers. Work-life balance was better earlier, but right now, even that is going down the gutter. This is no longer a product-based company but rather has become a consultancy.

Pros: You can have a good work-life balance, good teammates, work from home if needed, etc.

Cons: You have to work mostly on old technology. Managers need to improve their behaviors, etc.

Pros: Work culture and supportive team.

Cons: Outdated technology and lack of computational resources.
