Pros: Joy Along With a Work

Cons: There'll be no good collisions.

Pros: Good allowances (weekend/shift allowances). No need to worry about beyond shift timings.

Cons: 1. Your manager is the single point of contact for any kind of issues; there's no concept of HR. 2. No hike whatsoever. 3. They expect you to work cross-team or move to a different team and technology without any prior training. 4. More stress is on numbers rather than the quality of work. If you show good numbers in the evaluation matrix, you are considered good. 5. Absolutely no coordination between different teams on which you work on a daily basis. 6. Mostly arrogant managers.

Pros: Good training, work from home, transport, and work-life balance, but it depends on the project.

Cons: Increments 5% in 3 Yrs. Repeated and same work, like if the implementation team will do just implementation using standard scripts, the refresh team will do cloning. Similar for backup, patching, etc. If lucky, you get a dedicated customer, then some relief, not much. Just brand name.
