I went through a "loop" which consisted of five one-hour interviews. The questions asked were not relevant to the job description.
Feedback included being told I passed their "loop" but do not possess experience in my area (15+ years), which was insulting. The interview process was rushed, which is unprofessional.

Very frustrating place to work; it wants to own you

Pros: Cool for your resume, decent benefits.
Cons: Employees and stockholders are strictly separate, meaning that you will likely not get to enjoy RSUs if given the option at all. Their systems are still very old (even with the expensive AI they bought), and you are made to feel stupid if you don't understand a process or ask questions. There is a lot of self-help; you are on your own, and it is almost impossible to get help from peers or IT. Profits do not trickle down to employees. There are frequent layoffs as well.

Pros: Just for the brand, if you are single and looking for a marriage proposal, then this is your USP.
Cons: Too much of politics; everyone wants to be a manager.
