Initial Online Aptitude + Technical assessment. (Same as what was asked for Oracle). The test questions are available on Sameer Biswas's blog.
Shortlisted candidates then had a Technical interview where they were asked to write very simple programs and answer database-related questions.
Finally, there was an HR interview with the usual HR questions.
Questions
The advanced technical section in the initial online test was a nightmare.
It featured lengthy code based on data structures, followed by questions on what should be substituted where.
