There were only two technical rounds. Both rounds were video calls. I cleared both rounds, and HR spoke to me about salary details and their offer. On that day, they stated 30% of my current CTC. Then, HR mentioned a background verification process and that I would receive an email about it in a week or ten days. I didn't get any emails.
After two weeks, the recruiter contacted me again. They explained that they had selected a few more candidates with higher experience than me, and for them, they were offering less than what was initially offered to me. They asked if I was okay with proceeding with a 20% hike from my CTC. I agreed.
A day or two later, I received an offer from one of the Big Four firms in the software sector. I did not inform the Oracle recruiter about this. After a month, she called again to discuss the offer letter, but this time I rejected their offer.
There were no coding questions. All were basic Java questions, Java 8 related, and a few Spring-based questions.
