1st Technical screening followed by 4 rounds of loop interviews. For me, even after 4 loop interviews, they were not able to take any call and asked for 1 more final technical round. Even after that, I did not receive any feedback.
Simply a time waste!

Pros: No work-life balance due to work pressure. I have to work on weekends to complete tasks that were committed by the manager to the client.
Cons: If we are unable to complete the task with current manpower, either increase manpower or don't make false commitments.
