Cons: There is no downside at their workplace.

Pros: Balanced work-life balance. Amazing flexible schedule. Great compensation package. Great colleagues.

Cons: Lacks the necessary training, but compensates with brown-bag sessions.

Pros: I am employed under NetSuite GBU. Pros: * Salary rate and benefits are higher/better than industry standard. * Processes are established. You won't feel lost when doing your job. * Self-service when it comes to HR and IT support. I see it as a pro because it's easy to request HR documents or IT support. * Open door policy. I was blessed that my manager and upper management are very understanding and really take care of their people's welfare.

Cons: - It's a big company, so getting resources takes many layers of approval. (I guess this is the situation in most big companies). - There is a yearly performance evaluation, but it's not tied to salary/monetary appraisal. Thus, don't expect a yearly increase as this depends on the company budget. It also depends on what department or GBU the company will allocate it to.
