Process

The interviewers were both technical and subject matter experts in telecommunications. They started with usual questions about my recent work experience and the Java technologies I used. Then, they asked some specific questions regarding ORM frameworks. Finally, I had to design a data structure for a specific problem explained by the interviewer, using the whiteboard to talk them through my idea. After the interview, I was introduced to the team of developers, and we had a very nice informal chat.
