Worst company. Hikes are not there
Lead Software Engineer • Current Employee
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
August 14, 2012
Pros: Working hours flexibility. Many people look for the work-from-home facility, especially managers.
Cons: Treats employees like labor in shops. There won't be any deadline for giving hikes.
Hikes will be in every 13th month of the financial year. Managers make engineers' mouths shut, saying they too can't do anything in the matter of hikes.

Great environment to work. No transparency when it comes to hikes

Pros: Excellent work-life balance.
Work from home.
No micromanagement.
Very stable environment.
Brand value.
Cons: No pay hike for quite some time. I have exceeded expectations based on appraisal, but still no hike.

A stable, large company, with its act together. They are number crunchers though
Lead Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Rock-solid company.
Job performance is usually rewarded.
Trim-running company for how large it is.
Lot of talent.
Cons: Can be stingy on raises. I know of several times where even top performers were not given a raise. The company depends on "dive and save" a bit too much for my taste.
