PL/SQL Developer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, India

Process

The interview process consisted of three rounds:

  • Online Test
  • Telephonic Interview (2 interviewers)
  • Face-to-face Interview (2 interviewers)

All interviews went very well. However, after the third round, I did not hear back from HR. My emails regarding the interview status went unanswered, and multiple HR representatives were involved, none of whom responded.

I eventually called the HR representative who had scheduled my last interview to ask for an update. Their response was, "I don't recall you gave an interview here! Let me check and get back to you."

Overall, the interview experience was good. However, the HR department should demonstrate more professionalism and inform candidates of their status, rather than responding with, "I don't recall you gave an interview here."
